When do
we begin
to change?
%402x.avif)
helpingIt’s a question we rarely ask out loud. But it often echoes quietly within, especially during moments of transition, doubt, or growth. And especially when we look back and wonder: who have I become?
helpingThe second edition of inFaces is about transformation. Personal, subtle, often invisible from the outside, but deeply felt on the inside. It’s about how working at inDrive shapes us not only professionally, but also as human beings. And it’s about how the lives we led before inDrive continue to resonate within us, informing our values, our choices, our reactions, the meaning we find in our work.

helpingWe spoke with people from different countries, teams, contexts. With those who once hesitated to speak up and those who found the courage to be honest. With those who discovered what it means to impact others. With those stepping into leadership and those learning to be softer, more attentive.
helpingEach story is a mirror - for the person telling it, for their colleagues, for anyone who reads it. These aren’t stories of quick answers or neat conclusions. Instead, they offer something increasingly rare: honesty, openness and the search for meaning.

helpinginFaces is a project about people and the moments when they let themselves be seen. With every issue, we’re reminded that a strong team begins with a single story told sincerely.
helpingWe hope this issue invites reflection: on what from our past continues to shape us today; on how personal change shows up in our work, our relationships, our choices; and on how that change, however small, might reach beyond us and touch the lives of others.
