Melmastia - Basically it means hospitality but not simple hospitality. It means treating a guest with generosity, protection, respect and wholehearted care no matter who they are. It is considered a moral duty and source of pride in our Pashtun Culture

Protect your softness without losing your standards. Don't shrink yourself to seem easier for others. The right people will value that instead of asking you to become smaller, quieter or less emotional. Focus on your ambitions
